Trend Rejlek currently supplies more than 50 % products for automotive customers. These products are used as a visual interior and exterior parts and components for electrical engineering.
The portfolio includes manual and semiautomatic assembly. Guarantee the specific customer requirements using Poka - Yoke plant.

Metal Stamping
After the successful start of injection molding, we have extended portfolio of sheet metal pressings. We offer solutions based on long experience and know - how. Project management for customers is supported by the program resident engineering. We try to participate to the final product design.
Portfolio / Production
Pressing the sheets of thickness from 0.3 to 4 millimeters of width up to 850 mm coil. Manufacturer annual quantities are from 10,000 to 1 million. Standard molding processes are accompanied by special operations such as crimping inserts ( also automatic ), spot welding, printing, degreasing, and assembly.

Custom resort maintenance tool is a great tool- supported by the parent Viena International.
This cooperation enables us to offer high flexibility in production dies, spare parts and modifications.
