LPH s.r.o. in Vranov nad Topľou has been operating on the market of manufacturers of plastic moldings since 1989. It focuses on the production of precise technical and aesthetic moldings from thermoplastics. These are manufactured conventionally and multicomponent - 2K and 3K technologies. Additional operations are also applied, such as surface treatment, for example vacuum evaporation of AL, printing with Hot Foil technology and laser marking of plastic and metal parts, realization of higher assembly units. The primary production segment in Vranov is the automotive industry.
LPH a.s. in Poprad, it has established itself as a manufacturer of thermoplastic components of medium and larger dimensions. Taking into account the defined development strategy in LPH, diversification and addition of the segment with the possibility to produce large parts, and moving another plant to the west with the prospect of better infrastructure and closer location at one of our larger customers - Whirlpool, started implementation of a new contract. The primary production segment is plastic moldings overmoulding 2K and 3K injection technologies, ultrasonic and vibration welding technology as well as assembly units for white goods, garden equipment, industrial and domestic appliances.
1. Prešovská Nástrojáreň, s.r.o., its main production program consists of the production of injection molds for thermoplastics, molding tools, cutting and bending tools using laser sintering of metals (3D printing). Serial production is focused on bending wires, pipes and sheet metal stamping. The primary production segment is molds for injection molding of thermoplastics as well as serial production using CNC wire and pipe benders.
