Oerlikon HRSflow - part of the Polymer Processing Solutions Division of the Swiss technology group Oerlikon - is specialized in the development and production of advanced hot runner systems for a wide range of applications in the plastic injection molding industry: from the automotive market to Logistics & Environmental, Domestic Appliances, Technical Applications, Mobility, Houseware & Gardening.
Our highly qualified technical team supports our customers in all stages, from the initial design and simulation through the construction of the hot runner system including try-out support.
As established technological pioneers, we offer several cutting-edge solutions covering the entire product range: from prewired hot runner systems, stack molds and hot halves to the most technically advanced technologies for managing engineering materials, color change applications and highly aesthetical components. Among the latest innovations, our FLEXflow EVO Technology: the servo-driven valve gate system that assures independent control of each valve gate by accurately adjusting the stroke and the force of the valve pin.
Oerlikon HRSflow Business Unit includes over 1,000 employees, with manufacturing plants in Europe (Italy), Asia (Hangzhou) and at Byron Center, Michigan, United States. The production performance is the same worldwide, because our factories boast identical equipment and standard processes. Our design, production and quality procedures are identical everywhere in the world. Advanced Hot runner solutions increase flexibility and sustainability in injection moulding
12.9.2022 At K-Show 2022, which will take place in Düsseldorf from 19 to 26 October, Oerlikon HRSflow will focus on an extensive range of hot runners tailored to small shot weights and the new Xp nozzle series for use in thin-wall injection moulding.
