Tool shop SLER, s.r.o. has been producing new molds since 2008, we maintain existing serial molds, repair molds according to customer requirements, produce measuring and clamping devices.

We focus on metalworking, production of tools for injection molds, repair of molds and tools, pressing of plastic parts.

Assortment / Services

We manufacture precise jigs, shearing and bending machines, repair injection mold tools, and small-batch production of metal parts.

We use CREO Elements and FUSION 360 CAD/CAM software for creating programs and form construction.

We have CNC machining centers, EER dies, lathes, grinders, wire cutters, laser welding, 3D measuring devices for precise inspection and other necessary machines and tools.

Pressing

We have expanded the production range to include molding of plastics according to the customer's specification or molds that we will design and manufacture according to the product specification. We also provide tests of new forms for customers. Tool shop SLER, s.r.o. has two top Zhafir Zeres injection molding machines with a clamping force of 150 and 300 tons.
