TANKARTA from ORLEN – discounted and more convenient refueling
The ORLEN filling station network introduced TANKARTA Easy to Slovakia four years ago. The main advantage of this discount card is fueling at all ORLEN filling stations in Slovakia (except self-service ones) with a discount without the condition of a minimum fuel consumption. Another benefit is access to the Customer Portal, where the customer has their costs under control. Here, the holder of the TANKARTA Easy can register, which will significantly expand the usability of the card and the range of services provided.
"With a registered TANKARTA Easy, our customers can refuel at ORLEN filling stations not only with regular and premium fuels, but also with AdBlue and use other services: pay for private label products from Stop Cafe, drugstore goods, gastronomic products, as well as for various services including car washing or vacuum cleaners or for a wide range of car accessories from mandatory equipment to operating fluids and oils to spare parts," says Matej Varga, Executive Director of the ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia retail network.
Slovak motorists can obtain a TANKARTA Easy fuel card at the cash desks of ORLEN filling stations or online from home. The payment card is protected against misuse by a PIN code and the option of blocking it via the customer portal. It serves as a simple tool for setting up and managing the card, including overviews of all transactions that allow checking the balance and fuel expenses. The client can assign up to 10 additional Easy cards to his user account. The card is topped up in cash or with a payment card by the staff at ORLEN filling stations or, in the case of a registered card, it can also be topped up by bank transfer via the Internet. The TANKARTA owner pays only a one-time fee for issuing the card in the amount of 2 euros. All other possible fees are listed on the ORLEN website in the Service Price List section.
The ORLEN filling station network also thought of companies to whom it offers TANKARTA Business. They can obtain the card by filling out a form on the website or at filling stations. The card provides exceptional flexibility – it can be used by multiple employees and is equipped with security features such as a PIN code and the option of immediate blocking in case of loss. The card provides discounts on all products, offers changes to limits and permitted assortment and also allows you to track all transactions via the Customer Portal.
