Synthos: leader in innovation
SYNTHOS S.A. has won the top prize in the Polish Chemical Awards 2013 in the category of Innovation Leader of the Year. The prize was awarded at this year’s Polish Chemical Forum conference, which took place on 26 November in Warsaw. The jury, under the leadership of Thomas Zieliński, President of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, honoured outstanding companies in the chemical industry in 9 categories.
The category Innovation Leader of the Year rewards the introduction of a product, service or solution of an innovative nature and unique on at least a national scale. The winner was Synthos, a firm which consistently implements a value-building strategy through the growth of innovation and which has its own highly specialised R & D structures. Currently in progress is the construction of the Centre of Research and Development of New Technologies, valued at over 86 million PLN. Synthos successfully introduces innovative products to the market every year. This year, the company launched an investment of 568 million PLN towards the implementation of innovative technologies to manufacture SSBR rubber.
