LIPM s.r.o. - Separation at Persona Edgewell company
At American company Personna Edgewell, manufacturer of Wilkinson Sword disposable shavers, we installed two conveyor and separator assemblies from Italian manufacturer RO.MA to separate finished products and sprues, which are then shredded online and the material returned to the production process.
Vyřešili jsme tím problém zákazníkovi a zoptimalizovali proces, aby se vtoky a výrobky od sebe dokonale oddělili. Je to již čtvrtá sestava, kterou si zákazník za poslední dva roky pořídil. Tato sestava se skládá ze dvou hladkých horizontálních dopravníků , jednoho lomeného dopravníku a vynášecího s hradítky plus doplněný o bubnový separátor s pevnými otvory.
