SEALMASTER 300+ from DESMA
The highlight was the new SEALMASTER 300+ horizontal machine with DESMA brushing system, FlowControl cold runner and mold dummy, which illustrates all possible mold sizes with the respective specific usable area. The SEALMASTER 300+ offers 20 advantages and impressed with its service-friendly overall design, but above all with its travel speeds and positioning accuracy. In addition, the DESMA PCF Navigator Ecos was presented with a new function, the actual data acquisition of the real production machine.

Efficient production with cold runner technology
DESMA mold shop presented its expertise in the field of cold runner technology to an interested trade audience for the first time with several cutting models and a fully functional FlowControl cold runner, as well as a new temperature controlled ITM system with an integrated mechanical preselection adjustment disk for selecting specific article groups. The advantage is that with different article sizes combined in one mold, only the sizes that are currently required can be selectively produced. Compared to FlowControl cold runner systems, this allows small batches to be produced relatively cost-effectively without the need for set-up work.

New design
The DESMA Automation division presented itself with a brushing and demoulding system and a wide selection of automation projects that have already been implemented in digital form.
DESMA presented itself in its latest corporate design under the motto “Partnering for Transformation”. This new corporate design is intended to document the company's focus on turnkey systems to produce components for energy distribution systems, mainly for regeneratively generated forms of energy, which has been in place for several years.
