For 16 years Martin Schürmann was with DESMA. Last Monday, the era ended abruptly for him at our company – and surprisingly for many. Salzgitter AG, our shareholder, intends to further expand the ‘Technology’ division as part of its strategy. In order to implement KDE’s own growth strategy while at the same time strengthening our internal performance, we are continuing to pursue proven strategic projects in order to secure the market position we have built up over the long term.

V rámci reorganizácie odchádza z vedenia spoločnosti po vzájomnej dohode s okamžitou platnosťou pán Martin Schürmann. Jeho manažérske povinnosti spočiatku prevezme jeho kolega Dr. Michael Zaun. Pán Schürmann zohral kľúčovú úlohu pri formovaní a raste spoločnosti. Urobil veľa pre pokrok v priemyselnej digitalizácii.

Pred príchodom Martina Schürmanna do spoločnosti DESMA vo Fridingene, bol generálnym riaditeľom juhoafrickej spoločnosti KHS AG v Johannesburgu, ktorá tiež patrí do koncernu. Tím Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik GmbH a Salzgitter AG, ako akcionár KDE, by sa chceli poďakovať pánovi Schürmannovi za 35 rokov úspešnej práce na rôznych funkciách.
