Plastic injection - free production capacity

We currently offer free production capacity for small-batch injection molding using your molds and a maximum molding volume of up to 75 cm3. It is a vertical injection press BOY 35 E VV with a semi-automatic mode that allows manual picking and loading. In the press, it is possible to inject various metal or plastic semi-finished products inserted into molds. We ensure assembly and completion of products according to your requirements. We also offer manual custom production using polyurethane two-component casting systems. In this way, it is possible, for example, to pot electronic components or directly produce waterproof and dustproof electronic products.
