Thermal insulation covers of the TIB series are intended for thermal insulation of heating belts, mainly in plastic processing equipment. The result is a reduction in electricity consumption by 20 to 40%, an increase in the life of the heating elements, a reduction in the surface temperature of the equipment typically by 60 to 75%, a faster approach to operating temperature and a reduction in air conditioning costs.

Izolačné kryty TIB sa vyrábajú individuálne podľa vzoru alebo dokumentácie vyhrievacieho pásu a je možné nimi dovybavovať takmer všetky typy strojov. V ideálnom prípade sa izolačné kryty dodávajú spoločne s vyhrievacím pásom. Potom je zaručená 100% kompatibilita a optimálne prevedenie.

V každom štandardnom izolačnom kryte je pripravený výrez pre svorkovnicu alebo pripojovací kábel. Otvory pre pripojené termočlánky a iné vybavenie sú voliteľné. Materiál izolačných krytov je odolný proti vysokým teplotám, oteru, plastom a znečisteniu.
