ARBURG at the Fakuma 2015

5.8.2015
ARBURG is going beyond machine technology to present itself as a production system provider at the Fakuma in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from 13 to 17 October 2015.

Visitors to Stand 3101 in Hall A3 will be able to see exhibits including eight ALLROUNDERs, three freeformers and automation solutions.

ALLROUNDERs, freeformers and Industry 4.0
"We have been working on the topic of Industry 4.0 for a considerable time now", says Managing Partner Juliane Hehl. "With automated ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines, the freeformer for additive manufacturing and IT solutions, we are increasingly evolving into a production system provider for networked production in the digital factory."

Production-efficient applications and industry trends
A highlight at the Fakuma 2015 will be the individualisation of high-volume parts through the combination of injection moulding and additive manufacturing including networking with Industry 4.0 technologies. Also on show at the trade fair will be the innovative lightweight construction process, multi-component injection moulding, LSR processing and practical examples for the medical and packaging technology sectors as well as a micro production cell. Eight further ALLROUNDERs will be featured on partner stands.
