Lifocolor moved to a new production site
LIFOCOLOR, s.r.o. a subsidiary of German manufacturer of color concentrates, additives and compounding Lifocolor Farben GmbH, has invested more than 4 million. euros in the construction of a new production site in Brno in the street Erich Roučka.
Nový výrobní závod se zastavěnou plochou 4.200 m2, postavený na ploše o velikosti cca 8.000 m2 bude produkovat masterbatche především pro inženýrské plasty, ale také pro polyolefiny a styrenové plasty a měl by postačovat pro další růst a instalování nových technologií. Spuštění výroby v novém výrobním areálu je plánováno na polovinu května 2015. Závod bude vybaven pro výrobu šarží o velikosti 1-5.000 kg, plánovaná kapacita výroby je až 2.000 t masterbatchů za rok. Společnost rovněž plánuje investice do rozšíření koloristické laboratoře a zkušební výroby.

Standardizované suroviny a úzká spolupráce s dalšími společnostmi Lifocolor v Německu, Polsku a ve Francii umožní lokální výrobu vysoce kvalitních výrobků na základě identické receptury. Společnost bude díky rozšíření schopná vyrábět „na míru" vyvinuté barevné koncentráty ještě rychleji a s větší mírou flexibility.
