We are a plastics production company from Ústí nad Labem with 15 years of experience in the production of injection moulds. We pride ourselves on flexible and reliable cooperation with our partners.
Since 2018, we have been a manufacturer and distributor of accessories for smart watches and phones under the brand mi-band.cz.
Due to our dissatisfaction with Chinese manufacturers, their communication, deadlines and product quality, we decided to build our own production of our injection moulding products in Ústí nad Labem and offer the products to our wholesale partners.
In 2023, we opened the doors of our plastics production also for custom manufacturing customers with a vision to become a reliable supplier with great customer support and response to inquiries within 24 hours.
We operate the following facilities:
- 2 x Sumitomo Demag 130T electric injection moulding machines
- Powerful Daikin cooling with 7 kW and 300 l storage tank
- Sumitomo Demag SDR 11S 3-axis servo-driven robot with linear axis for demoulding
- 4x tempering equipment
- 2x hot flow controller
- Low speed granulator SPGL-1830
- Adsorption unit for molecular drying PP Kovanda
- Maguire MGF-3-ST gravimetric dye dosing unit
