Nástrojáreň a lisovňa Vítovi s.r.o. manufactures injection molds, pressing tools, various assembly tools.
We perform electroerosive machining, milling, turning and grinding - both flat and cylindrical.
We also process all common types of thermoplastics up to a weight of 200 grams. We supply our products mainly to the automotive and construction industries.
Assortment / Services
- since the beginning of our existence, we have mainly been involved in the production of injection molds and pressing tools.
- we are able to provide complete production - from the design of the mold to the production of the final molding
- we produce molds and pressing tools according to the supplied drawing documentation
- molds or pressing tools are handed over tested with reference samples made in our press shop
- we also carry out electroerosive machining on wire cutters and deep cutters, milling on conventional and CNC milling machines, turning and flat and cylindrical grinding.
- we process all common types of thermoplastics up to a weight of 200 grams
