We deal with custom plastic machining.
On the basis of drawing documentation provided by the customer we produce various parts and components for measuring instruments, optics, medical, electrical engineering, control technology, single-purpose equipment, etc., We also produce spare parts for production lines and industrial machines.

CNC milling

We deal with milling of all kinds of plastics and non-ferrous metals, from various blanks and cuttings. From classic three-axis machining, through four-axis indexed milling, to five-axis, high-precision shape machining and engraving.

We specialize in the production of prototype and atypical parts in smaller series. For this we use fast and powerful CNC milling centers.

CNC turning

This method is used to machine plastic rods of circular cross-section using. With the help of the LNS hydraulic feeder we are able to machine bars up to a diameter of d 70 mm and a length of 3 m, larger parts are processed in the form of cuttings.

We are mainly engaged in machining plastics (POM, PETP, PVDF, PA6, PA12, PMMA, PE, PTFE, PVC and plastics with glass fibre admixture such as PA66 GF30 and others), which corresponds to the specialised tools that enable us to achieve surface roughness <0.8Ra.

Assortment / Services

Our main activity is the production of plastic and aluminium parts. We use only proven quality materials for this purpose. We process all kinds of plastic rods, tubes and plates.

Precision machining

On our CNC machines we machine mainly PMMA, PC, PVDF, PP, PE, PA, PTFE, PEEK, PES, POM, PETP, PP, in all its variations, also plastics with glass or graphite admixture or other specific plastics. If required, we can provide a bill of materials or the required type of certificate for the material used.
