More than 40 years experience in the design lines and instruments in the field of plastics extrusion. Over the years, has produced a large number of extrusion heads, whether for routine applications, as well as for very specific purposes. For design work we use 3D design software Solid Edge ST10. To simulate melt flow and optimize the shape of extrusion heads, we use the most advanced software Virtual Flux Laboratory - 3D FEM from COMPUPLAST International. These supportive measures to help us solve a very complex cases and to very quickly and efficiently.
COMPUPLAST s.r.o. has been the exclusive representative of LABTECH Engineering since 2012 for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus Ukazhin and Moldova. Labtech is the largest manufacturer of laboratory machinery and equipment for the plastics industry in the world. From 2015 he represents German companies Schwing Technologies GmbH, which specializes in the design and manufacture of heat treatment furnaces in the plastics industry. Last year, COMPUPLAST acquired a representation of the Taiwanese firm GMA MACHINERY ENTERPRISE Co. Ltd. which is Taiwan's largest manufacturer of flat heads from a width of 100 mm to 6 m, power blocks, exchange filters and gear pumps.
