Ensinger offers materials for additive manufacturing

Achievements of Ensinger, plastics processors have always been results-oriented company to an extensive portfolio of materials, production processes and technical applications. Ensinger is now entering the field of additive manufacturing, using engineering plastics. In this evolving and growing market Ensinger worked with several technologies, primarily focuses on technology Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF). This technology is very promising for high-temperature plastics.

Ve spolupráci s mnoha různými partnery pokrývá skupina Ensinger celé spektrum dodavatelského řetězce – od dodávek surového materiálu, který může být ve skupině Ensinger navíc dále modifikován dle požadavků aplikace až po dodávku kompletních hotových kusů podle výkresové dokumentace. Zpracování filamentů těží z padesátiletých zkušeností s extruzí plastů. Divize průmyslových profilů vyrábí filamenty z technických a vysokoteplotních plastů v příkladném standardu přesnosti. Výrobky jsou pečlivě testovány a kvalitně baleny.

Výsledkem těsné spolupráce s různými výrobci 3D tiskáren jsou filamenty, které mohou být dobře zpracovány pomocí vysokovýkonných 3D tiskáren. Produktová řada obsahuje například antistatický TECAFORM AH SD (POM-C SD), TECASON S (PES) a TECAPEEK (PEEK).
