ENGEL's collaboration with vocational schools continues!

27.2.2025 Education in plastics Vstrekolisy Injection molding machines

This time the students of the 3rd year of SPŠP-COP Zlín visited ENGEL in Austria. The school teaches three- and four-year courses in electrical engineering, printing, information technology, technical lyceum and engineering, including a focus on programming of plastic machines - especially injection moulding machines. And it was a group of six pupils studying plastics processing, together with the school management and vocational training teachers, who went on an excursion to the two production plants in Schwertberg and St. Valentin.

První část exkurze proběhla v závodě ve městě Schwertberg, kde se vyrábí menší a středně velké vstřikovací stroje. Díky tomu, že si firma vyrábí až 65% vlastních součástí, byly vidět nejen samotné montáže strojů, ale také rozsáhlé obráběcí provozy, lakovací linky, montovny a automatizované sklady s roboty.


Spolupráce firmy ENGEL s odbornými školami

Po obědě následoval přesun do druhého závodu ve St. Valentinu. Tento závod se specializuje na výrobu větších vstřikovacích strojů, zejména dvoudeskových konstrukcí. Největší dojem na všechny zanechal pohled na vstřikovací stroj s uzavírací silou 5 500 tun a délkou 34 metrů.

Exkurze byla pro žáky cennou zkušeností, která jim umožnila vidět špičkové technologie v praxi a rozšířit si obzory o budoucím profesním uplatnění.
