PANARA, in cooperation with STU, offers free capacity for analytical services to plastics manufacturers. We provide measurements of rheological, thermal and dynamic-mechanical properties of plastics. To solve material and technological problems, we offer an electron microscope and spectrometer (SEM, EDX, FTIR) for sample evaluation. We prepare laboratory/pilot plant samples of blown and cast foils, blown products, filaments, hoses/tubes, fibers and other technologies. Rheological properties - flow curve, thermal conductivity, PVT diagram, melt strength, sharkskin, degradation on oscillatory rheometer, DSC, DMTA, Tg measurement including analysis of decomposition products. We offer consulting services in the field of polymer processing, interpretation of statistical data and other services related to plastics processing and problem solving in plastics production.
