Leadership
The aim of the training "Leadership" is to explain to participants the basic forms of leadership and motivation. Acquire theoretical knowledge of verbal and nonverbal communication and its practical use in defining, solving and preventing conflicts. Defining own style of leadership and self-knowledge.
PROFIL ABSOLVENTA - absolventi tréningu „Leadership“ získajú poznatky o efektívnych spôsoboch komunikácie, využiteľných pri vedení a riadení ľudí. Osvoja si zručnosti a techniky využívané pri riešení osobných alebo pracovných problémov. Pochopia vznik konfliktov. Na základe špecifík osobnostných typov budú vedieť zvoliť preferovaný štýl vedenia ľudí.
