Assortment / Services
- Plastic molding
We have 93 injection molds with 45 to 2700 tons of closing force. Our main supplier of injection molding machines is ENGEL. Within Slovakia, we have operations located in Matúškov and Nitra.
- Installation
Experience with various assembling processes and procedures for projects for the electronics and automotive industry. Design of the design and optimization of assembly lines as well as the development of poka-yoke devices. Supported mounting techniques include tamping, ultrasonic and vibration welding, pneumatic screwing, foiling, sensor and camera sensing for presence and position, and others.
- Expanded polystyrene
Expanded polystyrene is produced on 26 Erlenbach machines. The most represented products of expanded polystyrene include the fittings for packaging and transport purposes. Our services include project preparation and production of molds according to customer's requirements.
- Painting of plastics
Varnishing of plastic components for the electronics industry using automated robotic lines as well as automatic Venjakob flatbed painting line with focus on water based and solvent based paints.
- Plastics plating
Coating of plastic components with a thin layer of aluminum by evaporation in vacuum chambers (PVD).
- 3D / CAD / CAM
Processing of 3D data for components and molds in order to check the manufacturability, modification, design of component design and mold design. Optical and touch 3D measurement of plastic components using Zeiss Accura and Contura devices.
- Tools and molds
Maintenance and modification of molds, in our own fully equipped tool shop. Manufacturing of molds for plastic and polystyrene components.
