LifoCycle Colour Masterbatches
LifoCycle colour masterbatches from LIFOCOLOR maintain the color properties of recycled plastics even after multiple processing cycles, allowing them to compete with virgin materials not only in technical properties but also in appearance. They are designed for rPET/PET and polyolefins (rPE/PE, rPP/PP), with the option of carrier materials based on virgin or, in most cases, PCR materials. All these concentrates are highly compatible with colored recyclates and contain pigments with high thermal stability and resistance to migration. The range includes both custom-made concentrates tailored to individual customer requirements and standard black and white concentrates.
Black and Silver NIR-detectable Masterbatches
Sorting plastics is a crucial step in the recycling process. Conventional black plastics often escape infrared sorting systems and end up in incinerators. LIFOCOLOR offers a solution – black and metallic concentrates with NIR detection, which can be produced based on virgin or, in most cases, PCR materials. These concentrates enable the detection of plastics in the near-infrared (NIR) spectrum. Their safe sortability is certified by the cyclos-HTP institute.

LIFORMANCE Masterbatches for extreme temperatures
Some technical applications require plastics that can withstand extreme temperatures. LIFOCOLOR offers the LIFORMANCE product line – special color concentrates for polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which can be processed at temperatures up to 300°C, typical for PPS processing. Nine standard RAL colors are immediately available from stock, and all comply with food contact regulations according to EU 10/2011 and FDA requirements.
