Deferral of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices issued for one year
Regulation (EU) 2020/561 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices, as regards the applicability of certain of its provisions. Amendment (EU) 2020/561 postpones the entry into force of certain provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 by one year.
