Ultrasonic pushing (Inserting) by Belson Company
Belson's tradition and more than 20 years of practical experience come with innovative ultrasonic pushing so-called inserting that minimizes residual tension in the plastic.
Ultrazvukové zatláčanie sa využíva na implantovanie kovových dielov do termoplastov, pre vytvorenie možnosti rozoberateľného spojovania resp. na vtlačenie kovového dielu do termoplastu za iným účelom.
Ultrazvuková sonotróda, sa pri tejto technológii oprie o časť zatláčanej súčiastky a pri súčasnom pôsobení tlaku v axiálnom smere a ultrazvukových vibráciách na rozhraní kovový diel – plast. Takto sa kovová súčiastka dostane ľahko do požadovanej polohy a po ukončení ultrazvukových vibrácií dôjde k pevnému ukotveniu tejto súčiastky v plaste. Takto vytvorené spoje sú pevné a bez zostatkových pnutí.

- okamžitá disponibilita (po zapnutí možno hneď pracovať , netreba nahrievať)
- vysoká reprodukovateľnosť a flexibilita (dĺžku zvárania riadi interný časovač)
- vysoká ekonomickosť (energia sa dodáva len v krátkom čase, cca 2s)
- ultrazvukové zatláčanie minimalizuje zostatkové pnutia v plaste
