For our client Xinquan Slovakia Automotive Trim s.r.o. we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of the injection molding and tool shop department who has the skills for work organization, team management and optimization of production processes.
Job description:
• Organization of work in the injection molding production department and in the tool shop, including planning tasks and deadlines for tool preparation and repair
• Management, motivation and development of a team of toolmakers, with an emphasis on achieving quality and efficiency standards
• Ensuring timely repair of injection molding machines and related equipment, including molds for injection molding machines
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts necessary for the repair of injection molding machines, molds and relevant equipment
• Management of documentation on the storage of spare parts and the condition of tools
• Management of tool documentation in order to ensure their optimal functionality and performance
• Planning and preparation of preventive maintenance of tools
• Evaluating the effectiveness and cost of the tool shop and formulating corrective measures
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) in the injection molding department and tool shop.
• Ensuring training and development of the assigned team
• Responsibility for health and safety, 5S standard, TPM
• Reporting and representing the Technical Manager at the injection molding and tool shop
