The company WMW - Production, s.r.o. offers development, design, construction and production of injection moulds, moulding of components, assembly of plastic parts and their subsequent processing, surface refinement by printing, assembly of complex modules and various types of packaging of the products themselves or production of transport packaging.

WMW - Production, s.r.o. also offers horizontal and vertical injection moulding technology, which enables the spraying of inserted, mainly metal parts.

• Design - design of individual components of products with regard to ergonomics, functionality, stability and affordability of the final product.

• Tool room - production of tools, especially injection moulds. We produce moulds both as part of complex full-service projects and to order.

We also produce moulds for vacuum forming of foil and assembly fixtures.

• Injection moulding plant - we produce plastic mouldings from 0.1g to 300g of various shapes and colours. We have 19 Arburg injection moulding machines from size 221K to 570C

We also deal with multi-component technologies, spraying of solid - metal or plastic components and semi-finished products.
We process a wide range of materials and colours (PP, PS, ABS, PA-GF, TPE, PEEK, etc.).

• Vacuum stretch film - we produce various transport and storage liners and carton inserts for the safe storage and transport of damage sensitive products. We also use this technology to produce blister packs, which we subsequently pack products into (glued to the card).
• Printing - we specialize in printing with thermal transfer technology.

• Assembly - manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic assembly is an integral part of the production of products delivered to the customer. During assembly we use fastening mechanisms of parts, or gluing, welding by ultrasound, friction or rotation.

• Filling - Filling is in many cases part of assembly, especially of cosmetic products, office supplies and adhesives.

• Packaging - is done manually or semi-automatically with optical inspection. Packaging also includes marking of primary packaging with expiry marks or batches.

Precision plastic products

• Technical mouldings - manufactured mouldings are a prerequisite for the longevity of your technical products. We manufacture components for water meters, air conditioning and electrical engineering.

• Automotive - we supply parts to European automotive companies. We focus on special soundproof mouldings produced by both one-component and two-component injection moulding technology.
