We are a supplier of plastic products for the automotive and electrical industry. We offer a comprehensive service from the development of prototype and serial moulds to automatic and semi-automatic assembly, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our products.

Range of products / Services

Injection molding shop

We deal with moulding of plastic parts mainly for the automotive industry. On an area of 4.000 m2 there are 72 presses with a clamping force of 25t - 650t. In addition to the pressing itself, we also provide assembly of assemblies, welding of parts and pad printing. We are specialists in 2-component injection moulding of precision and vision parts. Our production also focuses on the automation of both pressing processes (robotization of workplaces) and assembly (automatic and semi-automatic assembly stations with sensor control).

Tool-room

In our own, fully equipped tool room, we manufacture new moulds, maintain existing serial moulds and, if necessary, carry out corrections or repairs on moulds according to customer requirements. In our tool room we have Solidworks software for CAM and CAD. In the machine shop we have machining centers, EDM depth gauges, milling machines, lathes, grinders, wire machines, laser welding, blanking press and other necessary machines and tools.

Development

In the development phase, we are working with the first design proposals of the parts. We subject these designs to injection moulding simulations to predict the actual injection moulding process. The output of the simulations are the values of all important parameters including part deformations. In addition to the simulations, we are able to print the part on a high quality 3D printer. Parts printed in this way can be used for assessing manufacturability, functionality and also as prototypes for our customers.

Quality

Our central motto is to work according to the motto: the customer, not the product, should return. Hence, we work according to a zero defect culture, where an experienced team oversees this and aims to eliminate potential defects before they occur. The basis for creating this culture is to ensure quality from the development phase of projects. This is overseen by a project team including PPAP specialists. Of course, it is then necessary to control the start-up of series production and during series production.

Logistics

Logistics and warehousing are a very important part of the part development and production process. It is not enough to produce the parts, but they must be stored and then delivered to the customer. Our company arranges storage and delivery according to customer requirements, i.e. we are able to offer just-in-time delivery, but also safety stock. We have a semi-automatic warehouse with up to 6,000 pallet places for the storage of finished products.
