Legislative changes in the field of packaging materials
COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2020/1245 of 2 September 2020 amending the provisions and correcting Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 entered into force on 23 September 2020. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
Čo je nového v oblasti legislatívy plastov? V oblasti plastov pre styk s potravinami došlo v minulom roku ku schváleniu nového Nariadenia komisie (EÚ) 2020/1245. Týka sa to predovšetkým výrobcov obalového materiálu: plastových fólií, kelímkov, vaničiek, vedier, PET fliaš, prepraviek či boxov.
Aj keď existuje prechodné obdobie, už od 23.3.2021 nemožno na trh uvádzať výrobky ktoré nespĺňajú túto prísnejšiu normu. Podľa starých pravidiel je možné tolerovať výrobky na trhu len do vypredania zásob. Týmto Nariadením sa výrazne mení rozsah hodnotenia migrácie prvkov a primárnych aromatických amínov a spôsob hodnotenia výrobkov pre opakované použitie.
