LASCAM systems at the International Engineering Fair 2024

Join us at the MSV International Industrial Fair in Brno from October 8th to 11th, 2024. We will present our technologies, including a live demonstration of laser sprue cutting at our unified station.

We would like to invite you to this year's MSV, where we will focus primarily on peripherals for the injection moulding, plastic processing, production, and trimming, all taking place in our Vario Compact unified station. This station is specially developed for precise processing of plastic or metal parts and offers easy integration with a rotary carousel or a small robotic arm. Come and see how laser technologies can streamline your manufacturing processes with our Vario Compact station, which allows for processing parts up to 600x400x200 mm (W x D x H). 

We will also present technology of 3D selective removal of coated or painted layers, known as decoating, as well as laser etching. This technology enables precise removal of surface layers, opening up new possibilities for manufacturing complex and detailed parts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about our solutions for welding polymer parts and about the SPYRE cleaning laser by LASCAM. 

Once again, you will find us in pavilion G1, which is dedicated to the plastics industry. Along with our partners FANUC and PP Kovanda, we will focus on showcasing advanced solutions for this sector. 

FANUC will showcase their injection moulding machine ROBOSHOT α-S50iB at the booth, offering a clamping force of 65 tons, injection speed of 350 mm/s, and a chamber volume of 28 ccm. This machine will be complemented by a mobile robotic cell featuring the collaborative robot CRX10iA/L, equipped with a FANUC 2D camera. Integrated peripherals, including dryers and granulate conveying systems, will be supplied by PP KOVANDA.
