Japanese company Sony has opened a subcontractor factory in Nitra
Japanese investor, through its subsidiary Dia Moulding Slovakia opened Friday in the industrial park Nitra - Sever your factory to manufacture plastic frames for screen Sony televisions.
V súčasnosti firma zamestnáva 60 ľudí, pri plnej prevádzke v roku 2010 by ich tu malo pracovať 200. Dia Moulding Slovakia je dcérskou firmou spoločnosti Mitsubishi Plastic so sídlom v Tokiu, vznikla v septembri 2008. Ako informoval na tlačovom brífingu prezident Dia Moulding Slovakia Hiroo Suzuki, výrobná kapacita je 2,5 milióna rámov ročne. V súčasnosti sú v prevádzke dva z deviatich vstrekolisov. Základný kapitál firmy je 8 mil. eur. Jej nitriansky závod s rozlohou 10 tis. metrov štvorcových stojí na ploche 35 tis. metrov štvorcových. Dia Moulding Slovakia je už piatym subdodávateľom Sony v Nitre. Sony už do priemyselného parku pritiahla kórejskú firmu Daidong Slovakia, európsku divíziu japonskej skupiny Ryoka Group firmu Ryoka, španielsku firmu Farguell a japonskú firmu Meiki.
