SORTING & REWORK

The service consists of the examination of parts or components according to customers’ specifications and with procedures of the ISO system. Exact Systems specialises in solving customers’ quality problems through selection, inspection and repair of components at every stage of delivery

RESIDENT ENGINEERING

A resident engineer represents our client and is treated as an employee of a company which he/she represents. Thus he/she can quickly solve a problem on site and eliminate or minimise the risk of damage to the client's brand.

The main responsibilities of a resident engineer are: quick response to a problem, verification and analysis of a defect, immediate contact with a supplier to provide details (photos, shipping parts for analysis, etc.) and appropriate reaction, regular visits to a facility, participation in meetings, maintaining good relationships with plant engineers.

This service consists of representing the Group's client in contact with the supplier or recipient of its products. It gives the opportunity to quickly solve the problem on site.

FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROLOL

The final control of finished products in terms of quality assuming our full responsibility for the final effect of the work done.The service significantly improves the quality of products you offer and allows you to eliminate unforeseen costs related to complaints.

PRODUCTION PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

We offer a complete overview of the process, identification of the source of a problem, elaborating a method together with a client to improve the process and project management. The goal is to eliminate serious errors, reduce production costs, improve workplace ergonomics and improve the company's image.

CSL 2 (CONTROLLED SHIPPING LEVEL 2)

An additional quality control of a product. CSL 1 covers 100% control of the product beyond the production process performed by employees of the supplier. CSL 2 is a 200% control. In case of CSL 2, CSL 1 remains valid and an additional control is performed by a certified sorting company.

VDA 6.3 AUDIT

The goal of the service is to conduct professional and reliable VDA 6.3 process audit by certificated VDA auditors. The audit results in a report with indicated potential areas for the improvement.
