Intention of the Law on Conformity Assessment of specified products

The amendment procedure is now a statement of intent on conformity assessment of products. Existing legislation represented by Act no. 22/1997. does not address all aspects of the implementation of a common EU framework (NLF) for the marketing of products, and the proper application prepared directly applicable European Union legislation governing the legal framework for the marketing of relevant products on the market. The essence of the proposal is to modify part of the conformity assessment of products only in respect of a separate law within the EU and the Law no. 22/1997. maintain.
