Metal and fabric filters for the plastics industry.

Industrial fabrics - flat products made of metal wire crossed at right or plastic, formed into a wire shape, and converting them to recall their tissues.

Due to this processing method and the molding have many uses, such as. filters, strainers, screens, conveyors, safety devices, trusses, supports etc.

Technical fabrics are supplied on rolls of a width of 1 m or cut to custom size. Roll length of fabric at max. 0.9 mm wire thickness is 25 m. The thickness of the wire 1 mm standard length 10 m roll. The next most common designs are round cuts.

Filters suitable for plastic processing industry

Types Neckline: round, rectangular, square, oval, and atypical according to customer requirements. All types can be supplied as single or multi-layer, with or without rim flange, connected by spot welding.

Filter strips in widths from about 50 mm to 200 mm and a length of 10 or 20 meters. They are made of stainless steel wires combined qualities 1.4301 and 1.4310.

Applications: filters into the extruder, the hydraulic circuit filters, filters for the petrochemical industry, candle filters for hydraulics etc.
