With almost 300 visitors from the cus-tomer base and additional partner exhibitors, an extensive workshop program was offered in bright sunshine on how "Partnering for Trans-formation" can be implemented in practice.
Over 30 machines, including highly automated production cells, were presented in the factory. There were also information stands and live demonstrations from participating partner exhibitors covering the entire elastomer article production process. Another highlight was the extended PCF Navigator Ecos, which can also directly access the real consumption data of the injection molding machine. The real data can simply be read in for this purpose. This means that the original purpose of a product carbon footprint assessment to find the best possible production technology has now been extended to include a reality check.
