Changes in company FORMEX s.r.o.

The purchaser agrees 100% of the shares is the company KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY a.s.

Dear business partners,

It is our pleasure to inform you that from the 1st of January 2015 company FORMEX s.r.o., ID number 46902732, located in Svedske valy 1230/4, Brno 627 00, Czech Republic, is belonging to KOH-I-NOOR holding. Company name will be shortly changed to KOH-I-NOOR FORMEX s.r.o.

New owner of 100% of the shares is company KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY a.s., ID number 02394391, which belongs to the structure of KOH-I-NOOR holding. Key business areas of the holding are school, office and art equipment, medical and veterinary equipment, energetics and tools and injection moulding plastic parts for automotive, electro and consumer industry. The entire group employs around 2.500 employees, mainly in Czech Republic, and reaches the consolidated turnover of 3,5 billion CZK. It is a purely Czech entity with transparent ownership structure. Company owners are reinvesting majority of the revenues in business activities in Czech Republic.

Division KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY comprises other very experienced Tool shops and Injection Moulding shops, KOH-I-NOOR Ponas s.r.o. and KOH-I-NOOR Ronas s.r.o., and has the know-how in building a very complex tools and production of high precision plastic parts. KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY becomes one of the biggest industry players in Czech Republic. Acquisition of KOH-I-NOOR FORMEX brings synergy effects but also other benefits for current customers – further production capacities in toolmaking and injection moulding, extension of shop-floor area and further important production know-how.

Continuity of the operation of company KOH-I-NOOR FORMEX, which is now an integral part of the holding, will be secured and production in Brno will be further developed in the future with full support from different experts from the other companies belonging to KOH-I-NOOR holding.
Finally we would like to express gratitude to the former owners for very successful company management in the previous period.
