1. �Compression moulding plant
Our operation is equipped with modern injection machines with a closing force of 40-1100t. We also have a two-component injection machine with 180t closing force and ultrasonic welding. The weight of plastic mouldings is in the range of 1g - 3.5 kg.

Materials
We process standard injection materials: ASA, PC, PP, PE, ABS, PA, POM, PMMA, PS, SAN, PE-EVA, PC-ABS, PP-EPDM etc as well as up to 60% filler materials. We have rich experience in molding metal parts.


Ware
We manufacture parts especially for the automotive industry, but of course our products are also used in various other industries. On our injection moulding machines we are able to produce plastic mouldings weighing from 1g to 3.5kg.


2. Manufacturing of moulds
In 2005, a separate tool shop was built to which the whole background of development and construction was also moved. Under the conditions of our tool shop we are able to produce moulds up to 5 tons and dimensions of 1000 x 1000 x 600 mm.

Development, construction
We provide complete processing of 3D and 2D technical documentation of plastic parts, injection moulds and other tools such as technological, control, preparation, etc.

We use the CatiaV5 software. 3D data is processed in CATPART, MODEL, IGES, STEP formats. 2D drawings are processed in DWG, DXF, TIF, PDF formats.

We use the CadMould Fill, Pack, Cool, and Warp software for injection analysis. We also use the eDrawings software to easily view 3D data and 2D drawings.

We offer our customers the complete background of our modern development center for both mold development and subsequent production.

Ware
In our modern tool shop we are able to produce moulds up to 5000 kg.
