Small domestic wastewater treatment plants EKOPROGRES EČ SBR-2 are biological wastewater treatment plants designed for decentralized sewage disposal for family houses, cottages, cottages, companies, boarding houses, hotels, settlements, villages or urban areas not connected to public sewerage.
The technological solution of the WWTP guarantees a long service life, 100% waterproofness, easy maintenance and high operating comfort. The domestic wastewater treatment plant is fully automated, the process control is provided by a Siemens industrial computer. The WWTP tank is made of LLDPE as a single unit, including the extension, using weldless technology.
One-piece polyethylene tank is used as a water tank, potable water tank, rainwater tank for family houses, etc. Rainwater can be used to water the garden, wash the car, do laundry, and flush the toilet. By using rainwater instead of drinking water, tap water consumption will be reduced by more than two-thirds.
A cesspool is a watertight tank intended for collecting waste water. It is used in places where it is not possible to connect to a public sewer or a domestic wastewater treatment plant.

The company Ekoprogres v.d. is a manufacturer of plastic water measuring manholes. Water meter shafts are often referred to as water shafts, water meter shafts. The water meter shaft is used as a shaft where the water meter is placed and the water connection is established here. The water supply connection includes a connection (with the help of a drilling belt, a ready-made branch into the shaft), a shaft (with meter - water meter and the required assembly) and a line from the shaft to the family house. Currently, concrete water measuring shafts are used, but modern plastic water measuring shafts can easily compete with them in all directions.
House manholes, type DS, are intended for connecting the house sewage connection to the public sewer. House manholes made of PE with a smooth wall, reinforced with perimeter braces, are intended as inspection manholes for pressure-free drainage of waste water from family houses and other buildings - termination of the private connection and for connection to the public part of the sewage system.
The sewer shaft is an integral part of sewerage pressureless pipe systems made of plastics, which serve as gravity sewerage of waste water from residential, civil, industrial and agricultural buildings. The sewer shaft is part of the sewer connection. These shafts often serve as a cleaning, inspection or control shaft.
The diameter of the EKOPROG shaft is 1000 mm, allowing access, inspection, manipulation and cleaning wherever it is necessary from the point of view of revision and the need for these works. It is designed to serve as a collecting node, allowing the connection of up to 5 inlet pipes from different directions. The design of the inlet and outlet ports allows the connection of smooth plastic pipes from any manufacturer.
We deliver the shaft as one unit. We will prepare it according to the customer's requirements, namely for the required height and type of bottom, according to the number and direction of the flanges for the pipe connection (p. 4). To fine-tune the height on the construction site, the reduction can be cut from the upper cylinder. The height of the shaft is unlimited.

The connection to the sewage system is made using an inspection shaft. Sewage can be pressure or gravity. Therefore, sewage shafts and pumping shafts are intended for pumping sewage in gravity and pressure sewers. Wastewater flows through the gravity sewer shaft. The pumping shaft is used as a pumping station, where pumps for waste water are installed. And these pumps pump the waste water into the pressure sewer. The uniqueness of the product in Slovakia - our own production, they are characterized by 100% tightness and recyclability, high strength and flexibility, variability of the height and diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes, simple handling during installation and an unbeatable price.
Downfall shafts are used in places of the sewer network, where, due to the configuration of the terrain, falls come out with high velocities in the pipeline. The sink shaft is made of UV-stabilized PE, single-cast, without welds. Part of the fallout shaft is a plastic walk-through hatch.
Soaking wells are used for controlled soaking of excess water into the ground. The tank is made of PE, UV-stabilized, one-piece, without welds, it is installed in the vegetated terrain. It has no bottom so that water can soak in smoothly. Different fractions of stone are used as filling, coarse, medium coarse and fine.
Bell-shaped ecological containers - ECOBELL - are designed for separate collection of waste with the aim of obtaining raw materials for further processing. They are made by modern technology of rotary casting of plastics. The materials used as well as the overall construction solution ensure trouble-free operation, resistance to weather effects, maximum functionality, ease of use and an affordable price.
Guiding wall blocks of the company Ekoprogres v.d. Trenčín are made of polyethylene, by rotary casting technology. This means that they are solid, hollow. They are filled with water or sand, a non-freezing, ecologically safe liquid in winter.
